It also has 11 height adjustments that allow it to accommodate the mattress of nearly every size bed. Additionally, it includes adjustable folding feet to ensure that it sits at just the right level. In terms of safety, the cot is padded and fitted with mesh sides to provide more ventilation, while its mattress is made from high-density foam to provide extra protection. It is also wipeable which means you can keep the crib clean. It is fitted with a mattress sheet that is suitable for a crib. The Roomie Glide, unlike some other bedside cribs is compatible with all beds including divans. This is due to the straps and clips that connect it. It can also be used as a stand-alone crib when not attached to your bed, and it's packed with features specifically designed with the bonding between parents and babies in mind. It is important to remember that this crib will not last as long after your baby turns six months. You'll need to purchase a larger crib. However, overall Roanna felt that the Joie Roomie Glide was a excellent purchase and she especially liked its sleek design. John Lewis sells the Roomie Glide for PS160. She did mention that it's not an ideal idea to rock a baby when it's younger as it can create an unfavourable sleep pattern for later. The Tutti Bambini CoZee The Tutti Bambini CoZee bedside crib is designed to ensure an uninterrupted night's sleep. It features an adjustable side rail that can be easily lowered to feed your child at night without disturbing them or getting out of bed. This is great for breastfeeding mothers! It's also lightweight and easy to move around during naps or for travel. It's made of soft material and features mesh sides that are breathable to help promote airflow. It comes in charcoal or oak with various melange fabrics that can be incorporated with most decor styles. Anna found it to be sturdy and secure when affixed to her bed, with the legs securely clicking into place and the zips secure to ensure safety for babies. It took Anna approximately 10 minutes to put it together and didn't require any tools. There are clear instructions, a video and a customer service number should you have any problems. As well as the usual features you'd expect from a bedside crib such as the ability to connect to your existing bed with a stay-in-place connection system and six height levels, the CoZee has an additional incline option that can be used to help alleviate reflux or congestion in infants. It can also be washed in the machine essential for all the dribbles and snot that come with a newborn baby! The CoZee is a fantastic option if you want to keep your child in the first six months of learning to fall asleep independently. It can be used as a changing station, cot or toddler bed. With the addition of a sofa bed extension pack, it could transform into an actual cot. And while it isn't able to feed your baby, or magically put them to sleep, it will rock them and send them off! The Chicco Next2Me Magic This is one of Chicco’s more expensive options. However, it comes with many excellent features. It can be used as either a side-sleeper, or a standalone crib, and is suitable for babies from birth to six months. It features a brand new mechanism for opening and closing the side panel and is simple to use, even for one-handed operation. It's also more flexible than its predecessor, having 11 different height levels and feet that retract to place under any bed. Our testers loved the ease of access offered by the side panel, that can be moved up and down with one push of a switch. This was an enormous help during feeding times at night because it meant they could reach into and pick up their baby without disturbing them up. The side panel can be lifted on its own however it isn't recommended since it increases the chance of your baby falling out of the cot. But, the patented safety locking mechanism guarantees that it can only remain in place when it is attached to the bed of the parent correctly. This is an excellent feature to have for peace mind, especially in the case of breastfeeding and frequent nighttime feedings. Telescopic legs permit the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed including divan bases as well as beds with drawers. It also comes with tilting functions for reflux babies and a rocking mode that can bring them back to sleep after feeding. It's also incredibly large and has excellent ventilation thanks to its mesh sides. The Next2Me Magic was easy to use and set up for our testers even with the lengthy instruction manual. It is a little heavier than other side-sleepers but it's easily moved from one room to another. It's also foldable into a bag for travel, which is great when you need to transport it. The only thing our testers found is that the side panel didn't stretch as much as other models. This made it a little harder to see your baby from your bed. The Shnuggle Air The Shnuggle Air bedside crib is a great option for a crib that can grow with your child. It's designed to be a sleep-co-sleeping bassinet that is attached to your bed but also transform into a chic cot when your baby is ready, it's ideal for feeding at night and for strengthening your bond with your infant. The Shnuggle Air crib is designed to breathe, unlike some other cribs. The mesh side panels with dual-view and hypoallergenic, breathable airflow mattress allow for maximum airflow, keeping your baby comfortable and cool. A gentle incline helps to reduce colic and reflux, while the zip down side makes it easy to feed or soothe your baby during the night. co sleeper bedside cot for conversion to cot is also well-designed, with clear instructions. It includes everything you need. It took us about an hour to construct and was fairly straightforward. The only issue was the absence of captions in writing on some of the pictures which made it difficult to follow some of the steps. Overall, the procedure was easy and the materials used were of high quality. In the co-sleeping mode, we discovered the Shnuggle Air to be an excellent choice for breastfeeding mums and women who have had a C-section as it allows them to comfortably reach out to their infant for feeding and comfort without having to get up from their own bed.
